- In its original packaging
Return Shipping Charges
- Customer responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item was received damaged, wrong, or broken.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Right to Refuse Return
Hides Craft® reserves the right to refuse a return if:
- The product is not in its original condition
- The product is damaged
- Parts are missing due to reasons not caused by our error
