Shipping Information

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping via our trusted partner, India Post. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send tracking details to your email address so you can monitor its journey.

When Will I receive my Backorders?

All backorders placed during the current month will be dispatched after the 15th of the following month, or earlier if possible. We’ll notify you with updates and share tracking details prior to dispatch.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship all merchandise through India Post, a Government of India enterprise. For domestic orders, we use Speed Post. For international orders, we ship via Express Mail Service (EMS). Both services provide reliable tracking and delivery confirmation. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

All packages are shipped from Bangalore, India. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days for domestic orders within India. For international orders, please allow 20–25 business days for delivery.

Do you provide cash on delivery?

Currently, COD (Cash on Delivery) is available only for shipping addresses within Bangalore city.

Not necessarily. For single orders, you can place them directly through our website, which does require a quick sign-up. For bulk or wholesale quantities, you can reach out to us directly via email or phone — no account needed.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Simply email us at hidescraft.official@gmail.com with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order using the tracking ID provided to you via email. Simply visit the India Post website at https://www.indiapost.gov.in/ and enter your tracking ID to view real-time status updates. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update on the India Post system.

How Can I Return a Product?
