Product Images: The images displayed on our website are for pictorial purposes only. While we strive to accurately represent our products, the actual item may appear slightly different depending on your device’s screen.
Pricing Errors: We ensure that all product prices are exact. However, if an error occurs, we will correct it as soon as possible. If an order has been placed, we will inform you of the error. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued if you have already paid.
Price Changes: Product prices may change from time to time. However, for dispatched items, the price at the time of purchase will remain valid.

Order & Delivery Terms

Commercial Use: Products purchased from Hides Craft® are for personal use only and not for commercial purposes.
Order Acceptance: Final acceptance of your order occurs when we send you an email confirming dispatch.
Contact Information: You must provide a valid phone number and email address while placing an order. These will be used for delivery-related updates.
Delivery Timeline: The estimated delivery time is calculated based on the best-case scenario. Delays may occur due to item unavailability or unforeseen travel complications during shipping.
Shipping Address: Products will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Your address and phone number will be shared with the delivery company for proper delivery.
Non-Delivery: We take responsibility for non-delivery only if you notify us within 10 days of the expected arrival date.
Item Count: The number of items we dispatch is considered final unless you provide proof to the contrary.
Third-Party Delivery: If an item is delivered to a third-party address, Hides Craft® is not responsible for delivery to your address after the item has been dropped off at the specified location.

Taxes & Pricing

Tax Slabs: Major tax slabs for our goods are 18% and 12%.
Maximum Retail Price (MRP): All prices mentioned on this website are the Maximum Retail Prices and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Final prices can be viewed at the checkout page.

Product Weight & Size

Weight Variation: Product weight varies from one item to another (even for the same design). Weight depends on the thickness of hides used in the leather goods. Grams/kg weight is mentioned on product labels.
Size Measurement: Product sizes are mentioned in Inches for your convenience. Use the following conversion scale:

5. Manufacturing, Packaging & Import Information

Handmade Products: Our products are 100% handmade.
Manufacturing & Packing Year: The manufacturing and packing year is the same as your purchase year.
Manufacturing Date: The exact date of manufacturing cannot be identified as the product is completely handmade.
Expiration Date: There are no expiration dates for our handcrafted leather goods.
Manufacturer & Packer: Our goods are manufactured and packed by us.
Third-Party Products: Third-party manufactured products are disclosed and mentioned on the product page when applicable.
Imports: We do not import any goods from outside India.
Country of Origin: All goods are Made in India 🇮🇳

6. Shipping

We always strive to deliver your products in the fastest time possible and in the best condition.

Shipping Charges: Vary by delivery location and will be clearly shown at checkout.
Replacement Shipping: In case of a replacement, shipping charges are on us – both when you return the faulty item and when we send the replacement.
- The returned item must include the invoice, be unused, and have all labels and packaging intact.
