Shipping is FREE all over India. For international orders please contact our support.
If an order is placed it will take 15-20 days once its confirmed and payment is received. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has shipped.
It is possible that the color or size combination you want is not in stock. For example, we may have your size in stock but not the color. Or we may have the color, but not your size. You can e-mail our Customer Service department if what you are looking for is out of stock, and they may be able to let you know when the product will be available.
Making an account on hidescraft.com will make your next purchase from us even faster and easier! You can also check gift card balance with an account. All it take is your email address and a password that only you can access.

For your own security and protection, if in the normal course of fraud control we find something suspicious regarding your order, we will call or e-mail you to verify your information.
If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
Personalized items are non-returnable.

DISCOUNT QUESTIONS
Please enter the promo code at checkout. You can select the code directly from the email and paste it into the field for additional accuracy. Note the code is not case sensitive. The promo code can only be used once and cannot be combined with any other offers, sales or promotions.

There are a few exceptions to any discount code.
- Code cannot be combined with another promotion
- Code cannot be used on product that is already on sale
- Codes may be cancelled at anytime

SHIPPING QUESTIONS
International shipping is available for select countries. Please note that most international shipments may be subject to a variety of duties, fees or VAT, either from the local municipalities or the shipping service. Those costs are not calculated, determined by or charged by Hides Craft, are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Please indicate in the Special Requests box that your order is a gift. That will cue us to remove the price tags from the items in your shipment. All orders come with a packing slip, which is a list of what is packed in the box — packing slips do not include pricing information.

While we always strive for consistency, as with any handmade products there are may be slight and unique variations in each of our goods. From stitching, to snap placements, to embossing patterns, each Hides Craft Goods product is unique. so each of these items is one-of-a-kind, and no two items will be alike.
